Salam pada semua.Saya Syahril.Saya menjalankan survey untuk kajian yang saya sedang saya jalankan.Kajian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui sama ada berbaloikah untuk saya mengeluarkan rak buku dalam bentuk 'mass production' untuk kegunaan di rumah.Pada waktu ini produk dan rekaan saya adalah untuk kegunaan Perpustakaan Awam, termasuk yang terbaru PPAS atau dikenali dgn nama PRTU di Shah Alam Selangor.Selain itu di UiTM seluruh Malaysia ,BNM,USIM,UNIMEP,UUM,UMS,UM,UPM,SRC,MPOB,Petronas PRC, dll.Jasa baik anda semua, saya dahulukan dengan ucapan terima kasih.

Dah jawab survey tapi ada 2 perkara saya nak tegur:

1) Ada dua soalan di dalam survey Syahril yg meminta seseorang itu memilih 1, 2 atau 3 (tidak penting, agak penting, amat penting) tetapi survey itu tidak membenarkan kita memilih nombor yg sama untuk semua soalan. Contohnya, kalau soalan pertama saya pilih 3 (amat penting) saya tidak boleh pilih nombor 3 untuk soalan kedua, harus pilih nombor 1 atau 2.

2) Teguran kedua ialah mutu Bahasa Inggeris yg digunakan untuk survey Syahril kurang memuaskan. Ejaan dan tatabahasa (grammar) perlu diperbaiki. Orang ramai yg menjawab survey itu mungkin tidak akan menjawabnya dgn serius jika mereka lihat penggunaan Inggeris yg tidak sempurna. Imej Syahril sebagai seorang designer juga akan terjejas (walaupun tak pernah jumpa). Wajibkah survey di dalam BI? Tak boleh dalam BM?

Kalau untuk rakyat M'sia, gunalah BM. Kalau nak guna BI juga, gunalah dgn betul. :p

Syahril, I'm unable to complete your survey because apart from KhairulH's complaint (denoted number 1), there is a question that requires me to answer how many books I buy monthly.

I do not buy books monthly. I go on sprees. I wait for sales and buy in bulk.

You questionaire is mayhaps a tad restrictive..?

(And oh, I'm a stay-at-home mum and there's nothing in the proffered choices that allows me to say so. Am I categorised as 'private'? Which is... what exactly?)

I've done the survey. The survey sounded official but personally, surveys like this can't be used for academical or professional purposes especially pilot study. Since you're talking about doing mass production, then I assume it was business related so this is my advice.

I hope you look up on research design and basic spss since your study is targeted for larger population and the data is used for professional usage. Correct the questionnaire flaws in the study, there's a lot of bias and inconsistencies that can make some results insignificant especially on the faulty multiple choice questions. This might be sound trivial but small things can affect in larger scale especially in business.
