Trying to Combine..

I've been trying to combine two editions of the same book but they aren't coming up together on the combine page.

The books have different authors listed:
1 is Anne^Mitchell
2 is Anne^^Mitchell

Just add an extra space to the author on the 1st one and they should both come up.
