Lol that would seem easy enough but then there are some many that I have read and want to read I wouldn't know where to start.
ok so I took your advice YZ and started a blog about books. My first rant is about Sex and the Singles Witch here's my linkhttp://bookrants.blogspot.com/
TY. I'll probably be messing around with it from time to time. I'm not good at writing reviews but hopefully with practice I'll get better
Same here..and I don't really know much about keeping a blog...but I thought it will be a good excuse to write....something I rarely do, since I prefer to read.
I do! I don't post as often as I used to but I appreciate feedback and I do like subscribing to other's personal blogs.http://www.myspace.com/daalmonette
My blog is more random - the occasional book review but more likely a youtube link!It started as something for work, so I've been careful about what I post, just in case

Hi de hi - my blog started as a work one and primarily focuses on web 2.0 and 2.1 tools that might be useful in the public library I work for (for both staff and customers) and I do naff on and on about books 'cause I love 'em so much. I do have a disclaimer about my opinions not necessarily being shared by the organisation I work for. You can view my blog here. I subscribe to a whole host of other blogs/websites via RSS feeds and it's always interesting to view the many ways in which ppl use their blogs.
My blog is still developing. Blogging has been a process for me, trying to be better at doing it more frequently.http://sunkissedthoughts.com
I'm doing a 50day/50 blog tour to celebrate the release of VEXING THE VISCOUNT
Today I'll be at TheRomance Studio talking about Daisy Drake's use of fashion to gently deceive Lucian Beaumont, our hero in VEXING THE VISCOUNT , into letting her help him find the Roman treasure he seeks. And you've guessed it! It's all about . . . the SHOES!
Come on over and leave a comment or question. You'll be entered in a daily drawing to win a signed copy of VEXING THE VISCOUNT !
TTYS at TheRomance Studio
Each day, the 50day/50blog VEXING THE VISCOUNT tour schedule is posted on my personal blog~ www.emilybryan.blogspot.com ! Hope to see you soon!

One thing I've noticed about blogging is that I get more hits if I talk about something personal. When I blogged about my grandmother's death or finding out I had cancer last November, my readership shot up. (I'm doing fine now, thanks. Recovering from surgery with no chemo in sight, thank you, God!)But the lesson here is to keep your blog real, which is hard to do sometimes (especially right now since I'm involved with a 50day/50blog tour for my next release). For an author, talking about our books is what's real sometimes. But I always try to share something about my non-literary life as well, my DH, my dogs, trips I'm taking, that sort of thing.
We read to form connections with others. That's why we blog too.

Totally agree with you Emily, Early last year I was getting a lot more hits on my personal blog than I did on my blog for reviewing books.
My mother died last year from a stage 1 Melanoma then 3 months later my husband had a stage 1 melanoma removed from his back. My life was full of grief & chaos and I found journalling about it on my blog therapeutic but it was the caring, heartfelt responses from people I didn't even know that really touched my heart. Most people are extremely compassionate and when you share your soul, you connect, and they share back.
So glad you are recovering well from your experience with cancer :-)

So sorry about your mother, Sheree. Hope your husband is doing well now. How difficult that must have been for you. I know what you mean about the caring support offered by total strangers. I was amazed by the outpouring of prayers and positive thoughts sent up on my behalf. It was humbling and uplifting at the same time and I'm grateful beyond words.
Thanks for popping my blog tour at http://www.joynash.blogspot.com today.
