Have you asked them if they have some sort of IP-based spam system enabled?
If they are blocking by IP, no matter what credit card, email or account you used, it would still be blocked.
So far we haven't received any complaints from readers not being able to post reviews.

Please get back to us on that since if indeed reviews are not being posted due to a glitch, it affects all of us.
