I really enjoyed the humor in this book. I knew it was meant to be funny but didn't know anything else about the book. It reminded me of Monty Python.
I had high expectations for this book and I was quite disappointed. It didn't really have an ending. I really liked Marvin the depressed robot, though.
Marvin was great, and I wonder if the reason it doesn't really have an ending is because there are more books in the series. I'm thinking of looking them up and reading them some time soon.
I'm a little behind on the reading, so I just started this book yesterday. It's a quick read though and I'm already more than half way through. I at first didn't like the book, until I got to the destruction of Earth. Then it picked up pace and I started to enjoy it. Its an unusual style of writing that I am just getting used to. I'm interested in what is yet to come.
