If I already have the character, Teddy Lupin, do I have to fill a form out or should I just keep him as is? Sorry for the confusion.

He was not smiling, as always. When he was done, he went to the front of the classroom and started talking. "Begin your tests.... Now" Snape went around the classroom again, making sure there were no cheaters or talkers. Hearing a whisper, his head whipped around. One of the students was leaned over, intently saying something to his neighbor. Grabbing the boys shoulder, Snape glared at him without talking. Character Name: Bellatrix Lestrange Why You Want This Character: I feel that she is a very intresting character, and i relate to her alot.
Example of a roleplay post:
Bellatrix sat alone in her cell. She was deep in thought. Cut away from the outside world. Her hair was un-groomed, and stood out in every direction, and was unhealthy and brittle. Her nails had grown long, her body unhealthy skinny.
Her legs were folded underneath her, her arms laid across her lap, her head leaning down towards the hard floor.
The loud thonking of the door being opened starteled her. Two dementors rushed in, chaining her arms, and ankles, and she hung loosely from their grip like a rag doll. She let out a bloodcurling scream in response, unable to make words.
It hurt her lungs and she stopped immdietly. The dragged her out of her cell and she hissed at the light.
A thin man, in white robes approached her and they placed her on a metal table. The lights from the ceiling hurt her eyes and she hissed in pain.
The man pulled a wand from his pocket, a muttered an icanation, and Bellatrix was amused when she was shot in the head with shimmering purple light.
Her memory returned, and she could think. Think of happiness, and joy, instead of pain and suffering.
"Its your lucky day, Lestrange. Your being released. You hurt one more person you get a kiss immdietly though. Now get out of here!" He shouts, spit flying everywhere.
Bellatrix planted her feet on the ground and took off running out the door cackling madly.
"I'M FREE!!!! MWAHAHAHA!!!!SE YOU NEVER AGAIN, CRAZIES!" She cackled, her voice groggy.

Congrats! You can now Roleplay Filch and Mrs. Norris. You should be able to type in "Argus Filch" in google. Click on the Harry Potter Wiki link. There will be a sidebar with information such as their age, family, house, etc.
You can select any house, then, as long as it suits Argus Filch. He, most likely, would not have been a Gryffindor, for example.

Why You Want This Character: Because she is like my favorite character! And i think it would be cool to roleplay somewere besides the average Hogwarts setting.

Why I want this Character: Because he is by far my favorite character. I love how he is a werewolf, and that he teaches Harry the Patronus chamr. I also have his waand. *smiles* I got it for Chirstmas. I also have a very similar persona.

A man was jotting down a few notes, scribbling a few this and thats, occasionally glancing over his shoulder at a piece of parchment with ink. It was a map... Was he cooardinating things? He was mumbling things to himself, but didn't appear fazed or worried. He seemed a little enthusiastic, perhaps. His words were muffled, however and it was impossible to understand what he was saying.
"There you are," he sat back, staring down at his notes, and the few words written on the bottom, "This will do quite nicely," he peeked over at the map beside him, "Perfect. Now I won't need to worry about wondering what everyone is up to," a grin formed on his face. A soft knock came from the door. "Come in," he said politely, tapping his foot against the wooden floor softly. A boy with tangled hair poked his head in, fumbling with his glasses. "Ah, Harry, good afternoon," he quickly sauntered over, wand in hand. He placed his free hand on Harry's shoulder firmly, "Now boy, I want to know: Are you sure you want to learn this spell?" the boy nodded, looking up at him, grimacing. He smiled anyways, "No need to be frightened, some chocolate will fix everything up. Wands out, now." he pointed his wand at a wall, Harry following. "I want you to think of the happiest memory you have. Dig deep, and I know you'll find it. It has to be your happiest, though," he turned his head to look at him. Harry squeezed his eyes tight, gripping his wand even tighter. They fluttered open a matter of seconds later. "I'm got one," he said, his breath shakey, "Alright. Now I want you to focus on that memory, and repeat these words, 'Expecto, Patronum'. Now, you have to believe in the memory, don't just think of it," he quickly slipped his wand into a pocket, and meandered his way over to a locked chest.
He stopped beside the chest, and gripped the chest tightly, "Ready?
Harry nodded.
"One...

Three."
he flipped the top open, and leaped back to avoid gaining the attention of the boggart. It quickly materialized into a dementor before his eyes, and he watched the boy intently, but knew he was not likely to suceed on his first time. Harry shouted. The candles blew out. He shouted again. The boggart closed in, and he rushed forward, "Expecto, Patronum!" A wall of pure white light formed, and the boggart was forced back. He then quickly knelt down beside Harry, tapping him on the shoulder to wake him, "HArry? Harry?" he rubbed his eyes.
"Here, eat." he thrust a piece of chocolate in his hands. He nibbled on it a little, "Do you need to rest?"
Harry shook his head, "I need to keep trying. I need to learn this spell,"
The man smiled, "I expected that from you, but I didn't expect you to get it on your first try; don't fret." he quickly stood up, lent a hand to Harry and puled him up as well, "What was the memory you pulled out?" he ooked seriously at Harry, "When I got my first broom." he stated. The Man frowned, "Oh, now Harry, you have to do better than that. Search deeper, my boy," he pat him on the back, and strode back to the chest. Harry pulled his wand out, and began to think again. He nodded at the man when he reopened his eyes, and stood shakily before the chest.
"Three. Two. One-" he flipped the chest open yet again, and leaped back, watching as Harry yelled triumphantly at the Boggart. "EXPECTO PATRONUM!!!!" Harry's voice boomed around, and a white wall formed. Amazed, the man cracked a wide grin. He watched, as Harry moved forward, forcing the Boggart back into the chest. The Man snapped back into reality, and hurried over to snap the chest shut. He looked up at Harry, "Impressive!" he said to the panting boy, who was staring at the chest like it was some sort of beast that was about to sink its fangs into their throats.
"Thanks, Professor Lupin."
Professor Lupin smiled wider, "No problem, you did amazing!"
He stuck a chocolate bar out to Harry,
"Here, have some chocolate."

Character Name: Cho ChangWhy I Want This Character: When I first saw her, I already felt a strong connection. I too am Chinese and quite popular in my school.

After the DA meeting was over and everybody left, Cho stayed behind to talk to Harry.
"Are you all right? I heard Umbridge gave you a rough time the other day." Harry asked.
"Yeah, I'm OK.", Cho replied, "It's just... learning all this makes me wonder,if he'd known it..."
Sensing some insecurity, Harry reassured her, "Cedric *did* know this stuff. He was really good. It's just, Voldemort was better."
Cho felt better, smiled, and said, "You're a really good teacher, Harry. I've never been able to stun anything before."
They look up to see some mistletoe dangling from the ceiling.
"Mistletoe...", commented Cho.
"Probably full of Nargles, though," Harry joked.
"What are Nargles?", Cho questioned, confused.
Harry grinned, and answered, "I have no idea."

No, i don't predict people's untimely deaths on a regular basis, but i am somewhat ditzy and I have read the whole series twice so i am very familiar with Profellor Trelawney's most likely attitude, emotions, and actions.

Why You Want This Character: I've always loved reading him in the books, and I love centaurs so I thought this would be a great chance for me!

Now he was cast out of it, but by the grace of Dumbledore, he was allowed to stay here, and furthermore, he had now become a teacher for Divination, a subject he was well versed in since his kind was constantly looking to the stars and planets to see what is to come. As the students filed in, looking around at the forest, he sighed, preparing to teach another class. Yet he knew that none of these students would really understand the fullness of interpreting the stars and planets to fortell the future. He shook his head to rid his mind of such thoughts, it was his job now to show them and open their minds to such things, not already think of it as hopeless.
Voldy's gone moldy! Now lets have some Fun!

Character Name: Madam PomfreyWhy You Want This Character: I love helping and healing people and I participate in a lot of role play. This would be a good chance for me to become a character in the hospital wing to guide other people.

1. To prevent three Luna Lovegoods, it has been decided that each character will be given to only one person. The characters listed below are the only ones that are currently available (the mods may add more to the list, or an inactive member may have theirs taken away). Read all of the character names, as you will not be able to change your character. Below, post a comment containing the form (copy and paste it) with your answers filled in. A moderator will reply to your message, either approving or denying your request. This will work on a first come, first serve basis and each member is limited to one character from the list below until further notice.

Ron wouldn't suddenly become anorexic.
Hermione wouldn't begin playing Quidditch.
Neville wouldn't become the valedictorian.
Hagrid wouldn't take up tap dancing.
Just use common sense.
