The world would be in total chaos.

Well, it would certainly be weird. Maybe vampires would still be considered evil in the wizarding world, so everyone would try to be saving Bella because she's just a Muggle who doesn't know that she's dating a vampire, but she actually does know that, and weird stuff. And would that make Lupin part of a pack? Werewolves probably would still be feared by wizards and hated by vampires now. It would be so weird. Then wizards and vampires and werewolves would have to be put in reapings, and me and my friends actually had a big conversation about what would happen if Bella was in the Hunger Games. I'm not going to go into that, though, because it's long. If any wizards or witches got put in the Hunger Games then their wands would be taken away because they could be used as weapons. (Maybe wands would be put in the Cornucopia, though, so the magical people could use them and Muggles could use them for fires.) But if the witch or wizard had an Apparating liscence, they could just Apparate out of the arena. (Unless the Capital put those anti-Apparating charms on it.) That probably wouldn't be too cool with the Capital, though.

So yeah, in short, the world would be in total chaos.

Well, I think a lot of us would want to read a book where the wizards are the game makers and the twilight characters have to compete in the Hunger Games....

Maybe if they threw Edward in the hunger games and Voldy kills him, then I'd read it. But I think t would be very confusing though at the same time pretty interesting. If an author could find a way to make that work? Without it hurting my head and without dragging out the series into a million books, I'd read it and see the movies.
