Edit: Looks like lafon حمزة beat me to it again. ;)

If the cover is the same as the ebook edition, let us know so someone can attach it to the Kindle edition, too.

I am the publisher - David Burton
Do you mean the number of pages? I don't know. The file I submitted had 190 pages, but as an e-book I think it depends on the particular reader.

As for page number, I have no idea how Kindles and Kindle editions use page numbering, so I'll leave that field blank for someone more Kindle-knowledgeable to get it.

This discussion assumes that your kindle edition includes page numbers - some do not. Prior to the kindle supporting page numbers the page count always matched a print edition if it existed. If you only have one print edition and the content is the same as the kindle edition, use that. If content is different, it might be better to leave it blank.
Edit: Just realized the other edition is also an ebook. Without a print edition, I don't know how to get a page count.

Because that would involve adding a new field to the database. There are no plans to do so anytime soon.
The information is also not always easy to find.
For any book where it is known, word count certainly can be included in the description.
