The BIG reason I've been missing lately

...Well, besides writing a new novel, and gardening my booty off, and being a stay at home dad, fishing and etc, etc...

*Trumpet flourish*

My daughter - Kathleen Jay Anderson, was born into this world at noon today.

She's beautiful and she owns me completely, less than a day after being born.

I only hope she looks more like her mom than me as she grows up. So far, the consensus is that she has my romanesque nose. But, those things change in the first days.

Cute as a button though, as soon as she stopped being blue.

Thank you - to all of you guys! Man, I'm tired. And it's only getting started. I'm too old to be having another kid:) Or, as Danny Glover's character says "I'm too old for this ****." What they say about daddy's girls is true though. She's got me under her thumb. It's a beautiful thing.
