If you have a larger, clearer copy on hand, you can do the following:

In the upper righthand corner of every page of the site, you can see your profile photo and a small downwards triangle beside it. Click the triangle to open the options menu, then click "edit profile". On that page, you can upload profile photo(s). Once you've done that, tell us and we'll change it.

I just uploaded a larger copy of the image. It's now at the best quality you'll be able to get.
