Should these be combined

Yes, but abridged versions of books are combined frequently for books. Missing stuff, in this case the Black Edition does not come with an extra booklet of 5 8 1/2' x 11 glossy Fan Art prints, is kind of just like abridged information. I'd contact the librarian, but they have messages turned off.

Like i said the only difference is Fan Art images that come in a seperate sleeve. The books content is the same.
Krystal, if that's the only difference, then I agree they should be combined. You can edit the Note to point to this thread.

What is the difference between the White and the Black Editions?
The White Edition is available worldwide on Ubiworkshop and Includes the "Cartes Blanches". The Black Edition is included in the Assassin’s Creed Revelations Animus Edition only and does not include the "Cartes Blanches".
It also states that the "Cartes Blanches" is:
The “Cartes Blanches” will feature art created by talented fans and industry professionals which explores the many possibilities and “what ifs” typical of the AC universe.
If you look at the images, the sleeve in front with the images is the "Cartes Blaches" and is an additional part of your purcahse.
I was wondering if these books should be combined:

They are different editions of the same book. One was released as an edition with the Collector's Edtion of the game, while the other was purchasable through Ubisofts website.
I don't own the Black Edition, but I have seen other books with similiar, but not identical, information combined. To me, it seems like this book would be identical with different covers or very similar in content.
There is a librarian note saying not to combine it with the White Edition, but this seems incorrect. Should they be combined and a note added saying WHY they are combined?
