Possibly because it was listed under Chris Shevlin, rather than Christopher. Chris has now been merged with Christopher, so you have three books (and a harsh review from yourself!) on your author profile.
Thanks for merging them, Michael. And you have to be honest with yourself, don't you? It's out of print now anyway.
