Help, I did a stupid!!!

I was trying to combine the 2 forms of the books (Paperback & eBook) and I accidentally combined the two books Son of Hook and The Secret of Skeleton Bay as well. Can you please help me? Can you please fix this and also combine the two forms of the books as well? thanks so very much.

To separate books, click on combine, then you'll see the option to separate. Don't panic, if you can't fix it, someone else will.
