Fixes needed for Cadfael books

Three books in the Cadfael Chronicles series need edits. All three are the Mysterious Press paperback editions.

1. Sanctuary Sparrow: Add the edition pub date (January 1995). Also, the series title (Chronicles of Brother Cadfael #7) shows up on the book's page, but not on my bookshelf list.

2. The Virgin in the Ice: Change the pub date to 1982; edition pub date is fine (May 1995).

3. Monk's-Hood: Remove the hyphen from the title. Also, is has the same issue with the series title: it shows up on the book's page, but not on my bookshelf list.
