BTW, I'm adding these G+ profiles to my VFHangout Circle. Usually I share this circle with itself (odd to say that way), once or twice a week.

I got everyone (except Tansy) added.

I sent out invitations, but they don't seem to be adding you to the invite list - even though it said the invites were sent out. I'm going to let it sit and check again tomorrow.

I also updated the beginning of this thread since it hadn't been updated since we started using Google Events.

I have 23 people in my invite circle and only about half of them have ever attended a hangout. It's getting to be a pain to juggle so many people that aren't coming - so I'm going to start removing people who are inactive. I'm considering anyone who doesn't respond, doesn't attend or no shows for 2 months (4 hangouts) as inactive.

This doesn't mean you can't come to any hangouts - it just means that you won't automatically be invited when I create the event.

I will bump this thread and post a public message on G+ a few days before every hangout. If you weren't invited to the event and want to attend, you can always respond to either and I'll be more than willing to send an invite!

@Vicky I had this issue too with my local hangout. Weirdly the added invites did not take until the invitee added me to their G+ circles (I have no clue is this was just coincidentally or casual).

Madison, that actually makes a lot of sense. You probably can't invite anyone to an event that hasn't added you, to cut down on spam invites.

Valerie - I added you to the invites for November! Every once in a while someone has a lag issue, but it hasn't been too much of a problem in all the times we've hungout so I wouldn't be too concerned about it! :)
