Were you surprised that dietary fat is the fat we wear?

It seems to defy logic, but you can't argue with results, right?

This concept helped me make a philosophical connection between my intuition and what I put on my plate. I've "felt" this idea for awhile--especially noticing feeling very 'heavy' after eating out, where I don't control the oil in the dish--but now I can articulate why I'm not putting oil on my plate.
