I'm looking for a few ideas and thoughts to make sure I'm on the right track.

I have a blog and have launched a back-to-basics series for new and long time writers: On Writing

The goal is to answer questions I've received from writers who lack confidence in their e-book results.

Any ideas related to the 12-point outline I posted would be appreciated.
