Fantastic interview Mike. I like to hear that you are a romantic. Your family is very lucky.
About the hops. I like a bitter ale also. Regular beer is a no-no. Have to have ale. I usually drink dark stout but will try all kinds.
I am a world traveler only through books, but that is okay. Cheaper too!
