She smiled and got up. She slid into some jeans and covered her scars with a tanktop and plaid over shirt.

Will ran after it and jumped, his fingers tipping it. "damn nice shot!" he said as it sank into the basket.

She winked at her before they made their way to his place. She rang the bell when they got there.

he laughed and threw his arms out in victory. "Hey, Stacy is probably here. I'll go check." he said and went to open the door. He saw Bronwyn and looked at her for a moment and then saw Winona. He shifted his gaze before moving away to let them in.

Winona giggled and followed at her side. Her smile fell a little and she glanced at Bron, looking for support and what to do. She stepped inside slowly and bit her lip.

Will nodded. He wiped his face and trotted down stairs. "hey!" he grinned and kissed Bron's forehead. "what are y'all doin' here?" he asked lightly. "I thought you might be gone longer."

Bronwyn gave her a reassuring glance, telling her to just play it naturally. "Well apparently I was missing you, so we stopped by." she smiled a bit. She didn't feel comfortable getting physical with him in front of Jude, because now that she knew, it may come off as rude.

Jude stood there silently and awkwardly, occasionally glancing at the three, wondering now if Winona was still mad at him.

Winona clasped her hands in front of herself and looked at her feet. She rocked back on her heels. She looked everywhere but at Jude, "what were you up to?" she asked Will.

"Shootin' some hoops.." he said slowly, "is everythinf alright?" he asked apprehensovely, glancing at Jude.

Jude was sweating because of the game. "Uh yeah. Just a little exhausted." he gave Will a look. He knew it was awkward for him because he told him about what happened. Just then the bell rang again. He went to get the door again.

"Do you want me to get you a drink or something cold? You look sweaty." she said touching his arm.

((wait, told him what? All Will knows is that theybkissed but Jude doesnt like her like that, did he tell him he liled someone else? I cant remember..))

Will smiled and nodded, "that would be great, thabks babe." he winked at her.

Winona followed her, "I'll help." she offered eagerly and sped to the kitchen

"No problem." she was happy to do something for him. She walked with Winona. "Play it cool! Don't act like you care." she reminded. She looked through the fridge and pulled out a bottle of cold soda, bringing it out with a couple of glasses.

Jude brought his six year old sister Stacy inside and closed the door behind her. "Hi Will!" she exclaimed when she saw him.

Will bent over and opened his arms wide, "come here slugger!" grinned.

She nodded and sighed, "it'll be hard.." she murmured and took two glasses, adding two ice cubes, "do you think they want ice?"

She nodded before looking over to see who came. She smiled. "Is this your sister?" she asked Jude. She had only heard of her from what Jude had told her.

Stacy went and hugged him quickly. "You're sweaty!" she laughed and moved away, going to stand back next to Jude.

Jude nodded at Bron, smiling a bit, glad that she was speaking to him at least. "Yep. Stacy, that's my friend Bronwyn.. And you know Winona." he said. Since she had hung out at his house once or twice, Stacy had met her briefly. Stacy smiled and waved shyly.

Winona grinned, "Hey Stacy," she waved happily, "do you want a drink too?" she asked, "I can mix ya up some chocolate milk," she offered.

Will chuckled, "I know I must be stinky too!" he winked at her and tapped her nose lightly.

"Okay!" she said, up for chocolate milk, any time. Stacy giggled and nodded at Will. Jude smiled and sat her down on the sofa. "Don't do anything naughty." he warned her.

Bron smiled and stood next to Will. "Isn't she just the cutest?"

Winona winked at her and whiped some right up. She walked to her and handed her the glass with a bendy stray.

Will xhuckled, "she is.."

"Thanks!" she grinned before taking the drink, and sipping it, noisily as she watched everyone else.

"Why don't you go change or wash up or something?" she suggested, smiling.

She nodded and plopped down beside her.

Will chuckled and kissed her cheek, "sure...ill be down in a minute." he jogged up the stairs and showered.

Jude dried himself with his shirt, washing his face in the sink. He wondered if Bron had told Winona. He had to ask her.

Stacy held the cup in both hands and looked at Winona. "When are you coming to my house again?" she asked.

Bron stood behind the other sofa, awkwardly. She was never great with children.

She smiled softly, "I can come over whenever you want me to sweetie," she assured and sipped at her soda. "we can hang out and paint our nails if you like," she offered.

Will trotted down the stairs, "girl things?" he roared with a grin, "are you aure about girl things? I think little stacy is a tickley monster not a girl!" she slunk over to her and tickled her a lkttle.

She nodded at her before Will came. She giggled madly when he started tickling her. "I'm not... Little! I'm.. Six!!" she squealed between her giggles.

Bronwyn stood there, watching how cute Will was with children. She kept smiling. Jude came and stood next to her. "About today.. You didn't.. Uh." he started, awkwardly.
Bron looked at him and sighed quietly. "Don't worry about it, Jude." she gave him a reassuring nod.

Winona glanced up and noticed Bron and Jude talking. She wondered if it was about earlier. She smiled softly and looked at Stacy, "I think will needs to be tickled!" she reached under and began tickling him, "oh no!" he cried and toppled over, laughing and rwitcjing.

Stacy giggled and watched them. "You guys are silly!"

Jude looked relieved. "Thanks." he smiled at her a bit awkwardly. "I hope we're cool.."
"of course we are. Look l, we'll talk about this later, okay?" she looked at the others. "They're so natural with kids. Look at me just awkwardly standing by. Kids hate me." she said smirking.
Jude grinned. "Yeah, never been great with kids myself. I was forced to when she was born, but she's all I can handle."

She looked up, "I cwn't tickle him all by myaelf! I need some help from an expertntickler like you!"

Will looked silly frightened, "oh no not stacy!"

"It's okay Will, I won't do it!" she assured, seeing his frightened face.

"Uh huh." she talked to Jude for a while as the others engaged themselves. "You should try talking to Winona."
"yeaah. She's gonna be all hateful."

Winona giggled softly and got up, helping Will.

He winked at her and ruffled her hair, "thanks little buddy," he said cheerily.

"Come on, just join them. She won't be mean in front of the kid." she encouraged, then joined them herself, sitting next to Will.

Stacy beaned "No problem."

Jude sighed and nodded walking towards them. "Stacy. Did you tell them about the new keyboard you got?"

Winona raised her brows and looked from Jude to Stacy with a warm and slightly excited smile, "you did?"

Will sat with his arm around Bron like usual. "really? Tell me all about it."

Bronwyn refrained from conversation. She didn't know how to talk to children and she didn't want to say anything wrong to spoil the mood. She just leaned against Will, listening.

Jude went and sat where Stacy was sitting, plopping her onto his lap. "She doesn't know how to play it." he said glancing at Winona briefly.
"Yeah I do! I play it all the time especially in the morning to wake everyone up!"

Winona smiled, "I can teach you how to play," she offered, "I have a piano at my house and I can give you lessons on it to do at home, "she winked st her.

Will smiled, "that sounds like fun."

Stacy smiled widely. "Okay! I have to ask mommy first."
Jude smiled too. "Or you could come over and teach her." he said, trying to get her to talk to him.


"Yeah a lot of fun, yay piano." Bronwyn added, pitching in to the conversation

Winona smiled kindly at him, "I could do that as well," she nodded. "it's whatever would work for Stacy," she looked down at the girl and winked.

Will chuckled and kissed Bron's cheek. "you don't have to try so hard," he assured and stroked her side lithtly. "she's 6 a lot gets her excited."

Winona shrugged, "if I'm free...I start work again next week but yeah we can figure out a time." She looked at him lookinf as if this morning had never happened.

Will kissed her tenderly. "ok, she's here for a while Jude had to babysit her and I thought you woukd be later with what happened and all," he said quietly.

He raised his eyebrows at her. "Oh. Okay. Cool!" he shrugged. He looked at Stacy who was leaning back against him.

she smiled "Hey, it's okay. I don't mind or anything."

He winked at her, "you're amazing." he said softlym

He wondered why she was suddenly not mad at him anymore but he didn't question it. Stacy went to the tv and turned it on.

She crossed her legs and leaned back in the chair. She was fighting not to frown or feel sad because she knew Jude was watching her like a Hawk. She stood and walked to the bathroom.

Will sighed softly and brushed their noses together.

Bron fought the temptation to kiss him, aware that Jude and his sister were around. She moved back and looked ahead.

Jude glanced at Bronwyn and their eyes met shortly. He quickly looked away and cleared his throat.

Will watched with a little surprise. Had he done something wrong? She had never done that before.

Winona came back a few minutes later, looking slightly refreshed.

Bronwyn looked over at Winona and smiled a little. She didn't know why no one was talking and found it weird.

Jude looked over at everyone. "So.. Uhh.."

"what do y'all want to do?" he asked. "We can do basically anything."

Winona sat down in the same spot which was hy jude hut had a seat between them since stacy was on his lap. She shrugged.

Bron groaned, bored. She looked at everyone.

Jude shrugged "I got nothing."

Will looked at Stacy, "what do you want to do?" he smiled softly. He had a lot of girlie stuff.

Stacy was watching TV. She looked back at him. "Where's the dog?"

Bronwyn looked at her too. "he's outside, somewhere."

Wil stood, "I'll get him inaide." he walked to the back door and whistled. The big dog came tramping in with his tongue hanging out and his tail wagging. He trotted around to all the people, saying hello. He walked to will and rubbed against him then trotted to Stacy and sat with his head in her lap. Winona giggled.

Bronwyn backed up a little. She had always been afraid of bigger animals. She didn't say anything though.

Jude chuckled as he watched Stacy play with the dog, petting and cooing its head.

Will walled over to Bron and kissed her head, "he's very gentle you don't have to be afraid," he promised quietly.

Winona reached over and pet him lightly. The dog's tongue hun out as he panted and he leg began to twitch when Winona found his favorote scratching apot.

"I just-- I don't-- I have a bad history with dogs. One bit me when I was eleven. Had to get five shots. Five of 'em!" she exclaimed.

Jude looked over at Bronwyn, hearing that she didn't like dogs. "You're never going to come over the fear if you never face it..."

Stacy watched the dog, clapping when it did anything funny.

Winona smiled a little and nodded, "Jude's right."

Will kissed her head and then whistled. The dog looked at him and slowly walked over. Will stuck out his hand and the dog lapped at him with his long pink tongue. Will chuckled and pet his head lightly.

Bron backed away and walked away from the dog to where Jude was standing. "Will, you better not touch me with those dog spit hands!" she warned, as she watched.

Stacy ran after the dog. "I forgot his name!"

Will laughed, "Mason." he kissed the dog's head gently and rubbed his belly. Mason laid down and waited for stacy.

Winona anorted softly.
