I didn't really like Thomas either...

Nicole Well... Now that I think about it...

Mason Baber Luke wrote: "Brenda. She ruined what could've and should've been the perfect couple!"

Brenda ruined everything!

Mason Baber just in case you guys don't remember Brenda is an actor to!

Nicole Brenda is the best, and ya know it

Callista Thomas. Hate his guts.

ℂᖺαᖇᒪἷ℮ ⊰1017 &Tardis⊱ I don't really like Thomas either

Kelline Dyka Teresa, she's just so annoying! she's good then bad, then good, then bad. I prefer Brenda and Thomas.

Kennedy I couldn't stand Teresa one bit.

Nadia I've hated Teresa since the first book. She was annoying.

Jared W I'm pretty sure I hated Thomas the most.

Kayla Brenda... or Teresa. I hated them both.

Ana Rat Man! He was so annoying and creepy.

ℂᖺαᖇᒪἷ℮ ⊰1017 &Tardis⊱ Ana wrote: "Rat Man! He was so annoying and creepy."

Yeah!

Rashika (is tired) BERENDA AND THOMAS!!
people think Beranda is hard core, but she could be so soft at times, unlike Teresa. Teresa was annoying, but i dont know she was a real friend, and well she obviously had feelings for thomas, but thomas is such an inconsiderate jerk!. He doesn't trust his own memories, which show that he and Teresa were good friends, and when she betrayed him to make sure he lived he didnt understand that. Yet he trusts a girl he has known for 3 weeks who WORKS with WICKED and LIED to him about having the Flare.

Gemma Obviously, I hate Rat Man, but besides that, I actually didn't like Teresa that much. Although, her dying made a peculiar ending to the story.

Selena Defraises Teressa. After what she did in The Scorch Trials I just couldn't trust her again. Even if it was to protect Thomas.

What would any of you know?

Rashika (is tired) Well what is YOUR opinion Gally?

message 73: by [deleted user] (new)

WICKED is to blame. Not Tommy, not Teresa, not me. None of you understand. None of you CAN understand. It's all WICKED and shame on all of you for thinking otherwise!

Kalei Rat man , of course , and Teresa just because of the way she was manipulative and kept messing with Thomas and his emotions.

Rashika (is tired) Gally wrote: "WICKED is to blame. Not Tommy, not Teresa, not me. None of you understand. None of you CAN understand. It's all WICKED and shame on all of you for thinking otherwise!"
But we are mere readers Gally, we do not share the same experiences you have, we believe you could have handled some situations better but we say this based on our judgement of the situation, in reality things may have been worse or better, we wouldn't have known.

Rashika (is tired) Kalei wrote: "Rat man , of course , and Teresa just because of the way she was manipulative and kept messing with Thomas and his emotions."

She didn't manipulate him.

I spose what you're saying makes sense. Sorry. Next time I won't klunk my pants so much and become a shucking hero. Would that please you all?

Rashika (is tired) Punch Thomas in the face for me. That's what would please me.

message 79: by [deleted user] (new)

Don't you talk about him like that!! Besides, if I did, I'd have a hundred guys punching ME in the face back.

Rashika (is tired) Gally wrote: "Don't you talk about him like that!! Besides, if I did, I'd have a hundred guys punching ME in the face back."

You asked a question, I answered it. :P
also nice talking to you Gally, I think you are under-appreciated by that lot.

Rashika (is tired) Meiyu wrote: "Thomas and Brenda really annoyed me in the death cure,I never like Brenda for the start.I liked Thomas. But how could he have never forgave Teresa!?Teresa did nothing. She didn't kill him.She did it ..."

That's exactly why Thomas went from one of my favorite heros to basically me wanting to punch him.
I mean fine don't have a romantic relationship with her but she was your best friend, how can you NOT forgive her?

Mandy Thomas, for being so @#$!ing stupid. It seems like no one in the book realizes Teresa did it to save Thomas.

Brenda, for ruining everything. She should of been crushed by the ceiling, not Teresa.

message 83: by Ms. (new) - rated it 4 stars

Ms. Anderson I disliked Rat Man...but he had good character structure.
I was fine with Theresa, but her character structure was too confusing.

It actually annoys me that everyone claims Teresa betrayed him, which she did to save his freaking life... Brenda lied to him about working for WICKED I am pretty sure Brenda's betrayal was worse.

plus Brenda isn't exactly Kickass for me. Teresa was annoying but she didn't follow anybody. She did what she thought was right. Brenda on the other hand wasn't exactly her own person

Mandy Rashika wrote: "Meiyu wrote: "Rashika wrote: "Mandy wrote: "Thomas, for being so @#$!ing stupid. It seems like no one in the book realizes Teresa did it to save Thomas.

Agreed. Brenda lied throughout the whole book about who she was and Thomas still decided he trusted her more than Teresa, the girl who was his best friend and originally his love interest. Teresa should of had more character development, as Crosly pointed out.
This book could of ended much, much better :/

oh god. he screamed and then made out with Brenda -.-
I almost threw the book.. I couldn't because it was the library's

I KNOW! I saw that and I don't even know how to explain my anger at that -.-
(I just don't like it when books are made into movies)

Oksana wrote: "True... But Theresa was like on/off... Nice/mean, traitor/not traitor"

very true.

Johnathon I didn't like Brenda either. I felt like she was using him in the Scorch Trials. Like the whole thing with them in the car and then the club... I don't remember it very well, but it seemed like she only liked him because Thomas was so famous. Theresa really gets all the hate, and I don't like it, because she was only evil because she was more manipulated by WICKED than the rest of them.

Mandy Rashika wrote: "Mandy wrote: "Rashika wrote: "Mandy wrote: "Rashika wrote: "Meiyu wrote: "Rashika wrote: "Mandy wrote: "Thomas, for being so @#$!ing stupid. It seems like no one in the book realizes Teresa did ..."

But sometimes it's actually exciting to see your favorite book go on to the big screen :P I just hate it when they direct it poorly, though. Like they did fairly well with The Hunger Games. But they missed small details with Percy Jackson.

But with the maze runner, it's a whole different story. I would absolutely refuse to see the third book on screen, knowing how it will all end -_-

Exactly. Brenda actually lied to him ever since they met. Teresa had to choose between betraying Thomas or letting him get killed by WICKED and obviously any person would go with betrayal.

I blame James Dashner. Someone pissed him off or something when he wrote the third book because none of this makes bloody logical sense :s

Ariane I hate Teresa. Her change of characters in every book is sooo dang annoying.

Everyone hates ratman. LOL

Malour Janson the Rat Man!

Addee Teresa - Most Disliked Character... The only time I enjoyed reading about her was right at the very end of TDC, *smiling*. I am surprised to see Brenda's name listed so much, but I guess I shouldn't be...

Addee Ariane wrote: "I hate Teresa. Her change of characters in every book is sooo dang annoying.

So true...

message 98: by [deleted user] (new)

Teresa.

message 99: by Addy (new) - rated it 3 stars

Addy Everyone hates Theresa but she was my favorite character. She did what she felt was right and she wasn't afraid of losing Thomas's love if it meant saving his life which I thought showed how much she loved him. And for Thomas to not forgive her made me so mad. I understand she betrayed you, but she was supposed to be your best friend and honestly he would have done the same thing. And don't get me started on Brenda. She's the reason James killed Theresa imo. Theresa was the main heroine before she came along throwing herself at Thomas. Then all of a sudden Theresa's unforgivable and he's locking lips with Brenda's lying ass. They both made me sick.

message 100: by Roxana (new) - rated it 2 stars

Roxana Simonet I hated Teresa the moment she woke up. Stereotypical dystopian girl but without any point to the story except to be annoying and add a "love interest".
