He can mess with the water in our bodies
He's an amazing sword fighter

All the gods have at least the tiniest shred of respect for him

I think for sure Percy would win. He has more experience fighting and he also doesn't need to be near water to use his son of Poseidon powers, so he can use them on Jason anywhere. Jason can control wind and air, and summon lightning, but again, Percy has more experience, and if he IS near water, then he has the clear advantage.
