I was going to be cute and type "Yuppers" above, but I was on my phone, and I still can't figure out the darn autocorrect! (insert inappropriate words letting you all know how frustrated I am with this stupid update!)

Aw thanks Valerie! I hope you like them!!
Latest update: It's 100 degrees where I am in Australia! But that means I can spend lots of time writing and editing inside :) I have two major projects at the moment:
1) Brew The final manuscript for my witch apocalypse book is now being pitched by my agent to major publishers! Fingers crossed someone likes it :)
2) I've just finished draft of the first book in another YA dystopian series, the title of which I'll be releasing soon. Get ready beta readers!
I'm so excited for 2014 to be even better than 2013!

Yaaaaaaay! I'm sure the publishers will love it!Even if this isn't the Whoot whoot thread,
Whooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Yes, you have, and I'm counting on those feelings to get the job done! Positive energy everyone!
Good luck David! I am so excited for you. We will take some of that heat here in the Midwest btw! Tomorrow's high temp here where I live is -2 degrees.
We hit the 80's yesterday. Yikes! But if it makes you feel better, I did NOT get to partake of our lovely winter weather. I was stuck inside working the entire day. :(

Someone has warm weather? We Midwesterners are getting cold again... and SNOW! NUUUU.Grumpy Cat no. Literally. :p

Thanks so much Cindy! Can't wait for you all to get to read it :)

LOL! So hot in Australia at the moment!

Woot woot! Good interview guys. p.s. I trump the Grumpy Cat reaction to the cold weather in the Midwest and throw in some really irritable kittens. So sick of it!
I raise you the grumpy cat, Heidi!! Had to drive 40 miles tonight in drifting, cold, blowing snow home, its about -2 degrees F with a windchill of -20 F. :(((
I am frozen. Seriously. I have been cold all day. I washed the dishes from the meeting tonight, and the water wasn't really that cold...but when I was done, I realized my hands were sort of numb, and they were seriously turning blue! Warmed em up on a cup of hot tea, feel better now!
AND...I think our hot water heater broke. :( We have no hot water.

Oh no! I use warm water all the time to warm my hands that have previously been frost bitten (they hurt when they get cold) -- I would be lost without warm water!!! It was -20 this morning on my way to work but so far the snow is not expected until this weekend here. I am so over this winter.
ME TOO!! Below zero here as well. Today is supposed to be the warmest day in the next week. It will get up to 20 F. WOOT! (that was a sarcastic woot, by the way)

Thank you ;)
Thank you ;)

Trade weather for awhile? DEAL.

I'd just like to jump here and let you know that it's a balmy 55 here in NC (about 65 in the sun) and I am breathing a sigh of relief. So good to be out of the ice age that has overtaken the midwest.
Well hopefully the new storm "Titan" doesn't reach you this weekend like it plans to hit the Midwest Jen. Whenever they "name" a storm system that is never a good thing.
We are expecting about 3 inches of snow, so not too bad...the worst of it is not supposed to hit us, at least I hope it doesn't!!

I haven't seen snow in so long...my wife and I might visit my brother-in-law in Canada next winter to remind ourselves what we're NOT missing :)

Yesterday they said 1-3 inches of snow over the weekend...now, they are saying 6-10"Do you want to build a snowman?

ha ha! I love it!
I just heard that if we get 3 more inches of snow we break the record, so I guess it's not all for nothing. :D It's like the winter olympics all over again.

We had our record snowfall this year... the last time they said it happened was around the 1990s. I wasn't even born then!
Soshi, we should have switched weathers. You guys totally needed it, XD.
We got a foot of snow I think, its drifted everywhere so its hard to tell, can't even see my yard or deck! And its SUPER COLD again!
Jenny wrote: "LOL Somehow David's updates thread turned into the Weather Updates thread ;)"And here was me feeling right at home; it's all British people seem to talk about :~)
We always talk about the weather here in Iowa, because its ever changing. One of our favorite sayings: Don't like the weather? Wait 5 minutes, it will change!
