This month's non-fantasy book is Where the Dead Talk. I haven't read this one so it will be a new discovery for me as well. If Ken is a Goodreads author I'll try to get in touch with him and let him know about the discussion so he can answer any questions the group has for him.

Since I nominated this one, I might as well jump in. :)

I'll say that I particularly liked the setting, because New England is totally my thing -- anyone whose read any of my author bios knows that, lol -- and there is so much revolutionary history in this area that I think it's a topic rich for this type of story.

Does this have any vampires in it? Or is it predominately zombies?

Still need to pick up a copy of this. **sigh** Just when I think I'm catching up I'm falling behind again.

They're... zombie-ish. But no vampires. At least, not that I recall. If there were vampires, they were very cleverly hidden. :P
