Entering Ace Double Paperbacks

I have quite few of the old Ace Double paperbacks. Is there a standard way to enter them? Which title goes first? Is it a personal choice which cover is uploaded for display?

Which author to put first confuses me (I can't imagine a good answer except alphabetical), but for a cover pic I'd recommend scanning both and stitching them together. They're such great classic cover art!
I would say use the Library of Congress data for the book. Surely they figured something out decades ago. :)
