"There is one kindle book with two different covers and we do not delete a book once published if the cover changes unless the book was never published with a particular cover"
I see you have since deleted the alternate cover and uploaded the same one as the other edition.
If the kindle edition was never published withe black and white cover then fine.
BUT if it was then it needs to be changed back as reviewers what the copy of the book they bought on their shelves.

Thank you! It has not been published yet.

This is the one to be kept:

Thank you and sorry for the trouble.

Ummmmm .... I don't see a difference between the two? Both are attributed to a Jim Beard.

Here is the duplicate page that should be deleted/merged with the original:

Thank you.

This book (the duplicate to be merged with the original):

seems to have had part of its ISBN 13 entered as the ISBN 10 and is a duplicate of this edition (the original to be kept):

I have already separated them from the other Stenhuggaren/Stonecutter books (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/14...) but they should be recombined after merging.
Note: The default edition for this book is the original Swedish edition, but the description is in Italian. I wasn't sure what to do with that. The publisher's site does have a Swedish description, but it seems as if the default editions for the first two books in the series are the English editions, so I wasn't sure what to do.

For the description, I would copy the Swedish description into the description field for the Swedish edition. Then I would find one of the English editions. Add an English description if needed. Then I would make that the default description. I believe the rule is that English descriptions should be the default, unless the book was never published in English.

Thanks! Läckberg's a bit complicated because her books are appearing in the UK/US at different rates, with the 3rd just coming out in the US now, and I believe the 5th in the UK. Thanks for the guidelines going forward.

Sorry for the trouble. Thank you!

If this is your book, you can apply to claim your author profile here.
Also, it would be much appreciated if you could supply us with the ASIN so we can add that detail to the record. :)

This should be deleted:

They are not different editions, they are the same book.
I found a duplicate of a book. It seems that ISBN13 (without 3 last numbers) was added as ISBN10. Can you fix it, please?

Sorry for the trouble. :)

I've accidentally created multiple duplicates of my book. Please keep the above book (link) and delete all others. Thank you. Larry Schwimmer, Goodreads author.

This is the original:

This is the one I accidentally duplicated trying to create a new edition:

Sorry about that

Thanks!
It gets confusing when a thread linked to a specific book or author is also used for other books. I am closing this thread. Start new ones for other books.
