List of similar authors

Would it be possible to compile a list of authors with similar names, to ferret out possible duplications?

You have two options

1) Find a Author profile - edit it - there is a similar names link there that displays similar names but you obviously have to think of the name you want to work on

2) Use the Add Author/Book link found at the top of the comment boxes - search on the name / or name variants and then work the list

i.e searching on Disney normally finds 5 or 6 profiles to be merged
