Apparently there is trouble ahead. It seems that the lack of Yak in the next Tsarina book is causing consternation amongst our gourmands

Interesting that calves are not to be weaned under 40 days old (which is in line with modern practice, seven weeks is considered a minimum.Also that this is mentioned in January, which means they're calving in mid winter which is unusual
