Look! My ballon egg and dream egg are close to hatching! Even my whiptail is beginning to crack. :)

((Clicks appreciated :])

Congrats on your hatchlings! The purple one is a cutie! I noticed you named her Aimi Itsumo (Love Always), it's very cute!
I see the pink one is about to hatch soon too....."
Ohhh,
Your dragons are hatching! Yay!
I think the name Shizu Sakura is great! I had some students named Sakura when I lived in Japan. It's a very sweet name.
You seem to like Japanese names, so I'll give you some unsolicited information. You may already know it, but that's ok! (Thinking about this helps me remember my time in Japan.)
A lot of Japanese names, especially girls names are taken from nature, colors, seasons. Here are a few examples:
Name: Haruko (Haru = Spring, -ko = in a name sort of means child;
Natsuko or Natsue (Natsu = Summer)
Akiko (Aki = Autumn and it is also the color red)
(FYI - names that end in -ko are 99% certain to be a woman's name)
Guys names are trickier, but some common ones are:
Shiro (white)
Ichiro (Ichi = the number one, can be used for the first boy of a family)
(I have NO idea what these names mean, but they are popular)
Kenji
Koji
Yoshi (sometime followed with -hiro)
...there are many guys names that are long like Hiroaki, Masamichi, Fumitaka...again, I have no idea what they mean.
Happy Naming!

-Purple Dragon: (Female) Aimi Itsumo- love, affection, beautiful + always
-Pink Dragon: (Female) Shizu Sakura- calm + cherry blossom
-Balloon Dragon: (Male/Female) Karui Anomama O Hane- light + as + a + feather
-Dream Dragon: (Male/Female) Yoi Yume O- sweet dreams
-Whiptail Dragon: (Male/Female) 1. Seiryokuteki or Kappatasuteki- energetic 2. Seiryoku, Enerugii or Katsudooryoku- energy
((P.S. If you ever want to translate anything Japanese-English or vice versa, check out www.englishjapaneseonlinedictionary.com. It's very useful and doesn't give you characters.))
those are some awesome names!

The red one's name is Antoni Calvara. The black one's name is Zeninth. And the tiny green one's name is Eruka Pisces :D

Thanks! I found a really useful website (see above post) that really helped me out. It's a great resource for this.

Cute hatchlings, Ray-Ray! *clicks* I <3 ur names. Three of mine are close to hatching *bites fingernails nervously*

Just keep writing, just keep writing, just keep writing writing writing. What do we do? We write, write, write.

The eggs and I have to say hello and goodbye, but I'll just post a pic really quickly. My ballon dragon hatched overnight, and so now I have a summer dragon!

*runs into Tinks cubical, and nearly trips over all the baby dragons and dragon eggs. Quickly clicks on each of them*
Just came in to say a quick hello. Have to go fix breakfast for hubby. Talk to you soon :]
*tiptoes out, being careful not to step on any eggs or dragon tales*

We have arrived safely in Costa Rica, where I am writing to you from right now (God bless Wi Fi) and it's all good! Beautiful and hot. The water was WARM at the beach yesterday, like 85 degrees. It was so weird! And apparently, "fajitas" means fried chicken (WTH???) so I had fun experiencing that. Oh, I got attacked by a stick with five inch spines, which poked THROUGH MY SHOE into my foot, and gave me splinters that had to be removed with tweezers (eww). The iguanas are huge, and raccoons are everywhere. My hair is in a permanent pouf from the humidity, LOL.
The beach was fun though, and we have a pool that we're in like 24/7 because it's so humid, which is nice. We're here with some of Mom's friends from college and their families. One of like, my best friends is the daughter of my mom's best college friend, so it's good to see her. We're going surfing later, and hopefully that'll be fun.
Okay, I've got to go, because on Tico time, it's 7:04, which means breakfast. Love y'all, and ta ta for now. :)

Hope the vacation is/was a LOT of fun. How can it not be? How is/was summer school? I hope it was everything you wanted it to be. LOVE the dragons :) TTYL
Summer in Costa Rica ... just toOOoo much fun!
Love your dragon babies. You are a gret Dragon Mum :]

LOL Hey everyone!
I'mmmmmm baaaackkkk! *glomp hugs all friends*
Okay, so vacation pretty much rocked. I got to hang out with a lot of my friends that I've known for like ever (It's a long story- basically our moms went to college together, were in the same sorority, and became best friends, causing all of us kids to become very close) and we did a ton of fun things. We went surfing (which, for the record, I suck at. Apparently you need balance to do that. Who knew, right?) and swimming in the ocean and ziplining and snorkeling and horseback riding and river rafting and all kinds of stuff. It was really awesome.
And I didn't completely not write.... *searches around desktop for vacation log* THERE IT IS! *snatches*

Andrea, summer camp is over (i missed the last week) but it was really fun. I came home with a bunch of cool stuff from Ceramics, and Ballroom Dancing was really great. I can do all kinds of cool dance moves now, LOL.
The dragons say hello! My little family is getting quite large *wipes brow with hand* and it’s a lot of work, but I love ‘em all!

Okay, I’m officially signing off the longest post ever!
*sends hugs and Costa Rican sand to everyone*
I’ll see you guys later!
XOXO Tink
Awesome, Tink! Sorry I haven't stopped by in a while! Looking forward to more of the Soulfire sequel. :D
