I love Cinna, and Rue is SO sweet. Effie annoys me though- she knew, even if she didn't want to admit it, that the Capitol were planning terrible things for Katniss and Peeta, and she still acted as though the most important thing was for them to know which cutlery to use for the fish.

I like Finnick. His love for Annie is so adorable, and he is a great fighter.

And who doesn't like Katniss? She's a great female lead, and a very strong protagonist.

In Catching Fire when Finnick was introduced, at first I thought he was just really arrogant and going to be really cruel; but he was a really funny character and tried to stay strong and positive the whole way for Annie.
