Grada (BoekenTrol) (boekentrol) A camel without a bump (Ett öga rött) by Jonas Hassen Khemiri.
This is partially a hilarious book (even in translation!) when language (learning) is concerned. It also gives a good view on the various ways people can behave in a country they live in, but that is not their own.

Ronan Noane  K have a look at Torgny Lindgren too (Sweetness) he's quite unknown outside Scandinavia, but he's great!
