My book shows 27 other editions when it only has one (the HB version). Can these other editions be removed?

Thanks in advance!

Amara Tanith (aftanith) Short story collections are supposed to be combined regardless of editor if the stories included are the same. However, since yours is annotated, I do believe the site's policy is to separate them. So I've done that for you. :)

No, not usually. However, it does appear that this particular collection is not the same as many of the others with which it was combined.

Amara Tanith (aftanith) In that case, I wonder where I got that idea from? Thanks for correcting me. :)

Andrew Barger | 19 comments Thanks, Amara and Rivka! I am having the same issue with Poe's annotated poems that I also edited. It is different than any other Poe compilation on the market. Would you be so kind as to do the same?

It seems to me that if the only difference is annotation and the contents are otherwise the same (the exact same stories), then it is a different edition of the same work. So they should be combined. If however, there is at least one different story, then it is not the same work and they should be separated. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Andrew Barger | 19 comments For my two books: Edgar Allan Poe's Annotated Short Stories and Edgar Allan Poe's Annotated Poems, I included short Poe works that I have never seen in other editions such as "The Swiss Bell Ringers" and "The Rats of Park Theater". The poems book includes poems from Poe's many loves to him. For these reasons and others I feel my books should be separated.
