The Forest of Hands and Teeth (The Forest of Hands and Teeth, #1) by Carrie Ryan is a zombie dystopia.

We do so many dystopia books. I like the idea of zombies though! We never did a vampire book which is shocking

alex flinn writes a lot of fairy tale retellings. shes really good at it too in my opinion.

message 35: by Amber (last edited May 22, 2012 08:42PM) (new)

Amber (bermarie) I've been feeling sort of like reading a book about some disorder, like Wintergirls by Laurie Halse Anderson or Kissing Doorknobs by Terry Spencer Hesser
A good zombie book though that I love is The Forest of Hands and Teeth (The Forest of Hands and Teeth, #1) by Carrie Ryan
Umm...
Maybe a realistic sort of fantasy like My Name Is Memory by Ann Brashares ?
I have no idea 0_0

message 36: by Katrina (new)

Katrina Welsh (katrinawelsh_) I like the idea of a fairytale retelling. I am really keen to read Cinder. I've heard it's awesome. I started Forest of Hands and Teeth before but never even got to the zombie parts.

message 37: by Nicole (new)

Nicole Sanglay (speckintheuniverse) I haven't read Cinder yet, but I've heard lots of good things about it. I'm so excited to read that one!
