How does Leo look exactly like Sammy and if he is Sammy who should Hazel choose: Sammy/Leo or Frank?

I think the possibilities of why Leo looks exactly like Sammy are:
1. it's a coincidence.
2. sammy was hephaestus in disguise and leo is his son.
3. hera changed sammy's memory so that he thinks all that stuff happened to him and that his name is leo.
4. leo was in the lotus casino for like a gazillion years or whatever, and then he lied about what happened to him.
5. sammy is leo's grandpa on his mom's side.
I can't think of anything else, what do you guys think??????
Also, i think she should choose frank over leo even if leo is sammy.

From the books i got that the most reasonable choice is that Sammy was Leo's grandfather. The timeline basically fits, and Leo has a whole backstory. I don't think Riordan would go into so much detail about Leo's history if it wasn't real.
Also i would choose Frank, just because we haven't even seen how Hazel and Leo act towards each other, yet.
