Albert(Gone series) VS Jester(The Enemy Series)

Which character do you believe is the worse "villain". I am a huge fan of both series and I often see so many similarities in the characters for both series and Jester is obviously an "Albert type" for The Enemy series by charlie higson and Albert is more or less a Jester type character for Gone.

So for those who have read both series, who do you think is worse and why?

That is true.
I think in theory, for their respective series, Albert has far more power than say Sam/Caine in the gone series while Jester isn't as influential.

I think the better villain is Albert because he has shown how devious he is and Jester can find redemption for some of his actions vs Albert's actions...especially in Fear.
