I found Joe Jowarski's continuing journey in designing effective leadership in the future inspiring. The notion of moving beyond servant leaders to the deeper experience of source primary knowing that is dynamically interconnected through physics and biology is breaking through the denial operating in dead speech organizational living. I am most interested in the "Indigenous Science" and wisdom continuum of oral languaging who appear to have a referencing point to natural law and knowing what knows them in an ancestral pattern of interactive dignity as a manner of social relations versus western buying and selling one another as the central organizing feature of designing a future world together. An optimistic collaboration between western and native sciences is an interesting notion I reflect upon after the read. I have passed on my copy and definitely recommend it to anyone interested in leadership. Good work of art!
