If there was a sudden outbreak of zombies, and you had time to pick only one book from your shelf before making a run for it, what book would you choose and why?

message 226: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany McFly (tiffmcfly) Believe it or not, I only officially own one book (I'm a library hound) and it's my favorite. And it's Everything is Illuminated

I've read it twice, and I just think it's clever, hilarious and just perfect. I'll never be bored of it.

What are your thoughts on defacing/cutting up/etc. books for art pieces and projects? (I'm not too big a fan)

message 227: by Raphael (new)

Raphael | 225 comments I was forced to do that in arts class once and it was horrible. I'm a freak when it comes to keeping books in beautiful condition - I even get depressed when I drop a book and the cover becomes horribly crippled. haha. So... no, books should be left as they are.

What was the last book that you really, really enjoyed?

message 228: by Tiffany (new)

Tiffany McFly (tiffmcfly) Choke by Chuck Palahniuk (Sorry, I'm on the app and can't add a link/cover). All his books are bizarre, amazing and deserve their own writing category.
