"That's cool! How long has your brother been working at Gringotts?" Gwen asked.

"Five years," Emma replied. "He loves the job. He only comes home for Christmas. Rarely even writes."

"Do you miss him since he's gone for such long periods of time?" Gwen asked.

"Yeah, we were pretty close," Emma replied. "He doesn't really have time to write or visit anymore, supposedly."

"Hello everyone! Sorry if I'm late!" Svetlana walked in, reapplying mascara as she sat down

"hi" Svetlana said, putting her makeup away. She usually didn't wear it, but she had to hide her puffy eyes in some way. The mascara pretty much did the trick

"Hey," Gwen said to the new girl. "That must be pretty hard,, then," Gwen said to Emma.

"Hi!!" Annie said, "What's your name? I'm Annie!!! What house are you in? I'm Hufflepuff!! What year are you in? I'm in my 1st!!" she said happily, talking away.

"And are you ((Roxanne)) related to Harry Potter? And Ron Weasley? And Hermione Granger?" she asked the last one with extra emphasis, for Hermione was one of her all time heroes.
