I have a home office with a couple of book cases. They're filled with an eclectic collection of science fiction and horror novels- some obscure, others not so much. I used to collect books by the box at yard sales and such. Surprising little gems you can find that way.
I've always had quite a few books (for someone who has mainly lived in tiny little apartments most of her life), but lately I have been on an absolute tear collecting and purchasing any horror novels I can find.....I have a problem!

Then we're going to tile the floor and paint, put a wooden shutter on the window, new light fixture, and then finally the shelves. It could be until early this summer that we're done but I have my fingers crossed it'll look awesome. And since we have a ranch style house built on a slab, no worries about the weight on the floor.
