I've got a lot of work to do. Still emptying the room of 19 years accumulation of stuff. It's amazing how much junk (and books) can be piled up in that time. Then we're going to tile the floor and paint, put a wooden shutter on the window, new light fixture, and then finally the shelves. It could be until early this summer that we're done but I have my fingers crossed it'll look awesome. And since we have a ranch style house built on a slab, no worries about the weight on the floor.

C.A. Salisbury | 11 comments I have a home office with a couple of book cases. They're filled with an eclectic collection of science fiction and horror novels- some obscure, others not so much. I used to collect books by the box at yard sales and such. Surprising little gems you can find that way.

HorrorBook HellHound | 15 comments I've always had quite a few books (for someone who has mainly lived in tiny little apartments most of her life), but lately I have been on an absolute tear collecting and purchasing any horror novels I can find.....I have a problem!

Lee | 10 comments I love to be surrounded by books. Aside from the bathroom and kitchen, every room or corridor in our flat has a bookshelf in it XD. Luckily for me, my partner loves being surrounded by books too. Secondhand book stores are some of my favourite places.
