What does she do at the library, who/what does she see. Does something happen is there another problem that is going on in the story?
Hmm, well, do a writing exercise, if your at the library, perfect write what is around you in DETAIL! Take the phrases you like use them.
WELL TELL ME WHY'S SHE AT THE LIBRARY? Say she meets her friends, or has a project. Maybe she's planning a trip or action?
nah, just for books/the heck of it. she was just wandering around, remember?
Have some sort of destiny thing happen where she's looking and in the reshelf bin she sees a book on symbols, or have her meet a strange man giving her messages, IDK
JUST WRITE, ANything, if you are that stuck u must write randomly!
