I love it when authors put music and food into books. Did anyone else play the Rachmaninov piece at the begining to get the atmoshere?

It is a scifi rewriting of Chaucers pilgrims tales!
I am actually enjoying it. That is not to say I am reading it as fluidly and ravenously as other books, but I like how wordy and it's slightly bitter tone. It reminds me of H.G.Wells tone when he writes.
What's the piece? It didn't mention at the beginning of the audiobook.
