The Scream, by Edvard Munch

Okay, so what do you guys think of 'The Scream' by Edvard Munch? My class has to do a written assignment on it in art, so i thought I should post this topic just out of curiousity.

Well, it has an interesting history but I don't think much of the painting itself, it's just not my style and I think if I saw it in real life it might possibly give me nightmares due to the horrible expression on the "man's" face.

Makes you wonder what was going through the mans head when he painted it, doesn't it? I think i read somewhere he had "Agoraphobia".

Agoraphobia:
Fear of wide open spaces. For some reason that is the only thing about the painter of this picture that stuck with me.
