i got a couple of questions. Is the riddle harry potter related and are we aloud to use magic?

The riddle may or may not be Harry Potter related. Yes, you are permitted to use magic if you use it properly. For example, you can't create a spell that will solve all of your riddles and show you where the keys and trunk are. Also, you can't apparate within Hogwarts and the keys and trunk cannot be summoned. Let's try to keep magic use to a minimum and keep it realistic.

If I am correct, these are the current standings of the second task:
Swaroop: 3 keys, no chest
Ryan: 3 keys, no chest
Gemeiac: 0 keys, no chest
All 3 keys and 1 chest must be found before the 3rd task can begin.

As promised, here is your clue for the second task. Hidden across the campus are 20 keys and 4 locked boxes. Each contestant must find the 4 keys and 1 box with their house colors on it during this task. All four keys will be needed to unlock the box, which will contain a clue for the third task. You will be sent throughout the campus based upon a series of riddles, which will indirectly tell you which Roleplay section to visit. There, you will be met with a magical creature, which will attempt to prevent you from taking possession of a key or box. Any questions can be posted here. Good luck contestants!
Here are your first riddles:
Swaroop: Old, yet spry. Not human am I. Yet I've a mind of a special kind. I make my choice, then raise my voice. In times of need, my warnings thou should heed.
Trase: Where the snakes hiss, where the spiders crawl, you will enter a room in which monsters reside.
Gemeiac: Within the warmth of a loud room, you'll find me, among tiny, busy beings.
