Recommendations-challenges

Hello everyone,

I have a lot of books- but most of them are unread. I have started a blog to help me keep track of my reading goal (which is 80 books by the end of the year) and I have joined some challenges. Most of these challenges are to help me just get through my books in an organized manner because I have a hard time choosing what to read.

Anyway- I want to do a challenge where I read one book in almost every genre (Literary Fiction, Crime/Mystery Fiction, Romantic Fiction, Historical Fiction, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Non Fiction, Horror, Thriller /Suspense, Classic) but I would like to read books that I don't have OR haven't heard of. So If anyone has any recommendations- they can be both adult or Y.A.

I don't like paranormal books so much so I probably won't read those- but I will read almost anything else.

Have you tried ? I personally didn't fancy it, but, then again, I don't read many thrillers or horror novels.

science fiction: I'm currently reading this and really enjoying it. Of course, it could vere off into a weird place... Also, or .
