series # not showing up in search

There are four books to this series and it's not making sense to me. If you do a search for Mobile Library Mystery, all four books in the series come up. However, the first one does not have "Mobile Library Mystery #1) after the title. So I tried to add it. Then I searched, came up fine. Then I went in to look at the book itself and the series info is displayed twice in the title. If I click on the author's name, the fourth book no longer has the series info after the title either, only books 2 & 3.

I went to edit both 1 & 2 in separate windows to compare them and they look the same to me when I add the title. I don't know why this is happening. Will someone help me out with this?

I'm not sure why the series info was coming up twice, but there may have been an extra space in there that the computer could see but was easily overlooked.

If I remember correctly, adding the series to the title was used before the current series feature was in place. Some people still add the series to the title in addition to adding the book to the series listing. I like consistency within the series so I fixed 1 and 4 to show the series.
