It seems that not all editions of this book is combined. I've just added this one (0091795753) and it's not linked to the others.
Can somebody fix this, please?

(Looks like close to nothing had been done with Clinton. I've cleaned it up, but I think I've got some unlabeled 'part 1s' of My Life hiding in the main stack, as I found one of those and three 'part 2s'.)
