Awesome fight scenes and big reveals... great stuff here...

Ben (bstanley52) | 39 comments Sorry Maggie. I'm pretty sure that everything I've put into the spoiler tag happened in Well of Ascension. That's what this is for right? The end of Well of Ascension?

This section really was the most exciting part. Every time I think I know where the story is going, something changes.

Lee (kiwifirst) Just finished book 5.
I really liked Cett and even Straff played his role well. But Cett was a favorite for me. Tough no nonsense, yet very practical. I'd rather Cett ruling me than Straff. I also loved the way his daughter had him completely round her finger, at first her character made me cringe, then I just laughed at her. It still is a terrible character, but funny all the same. Sanderson seems to have some real polar moments, either underplayed or massively over the top.

The story still has me guessing. I have no idea where or what the well is, I have no idea what Eland is supposed to do, or even if he will do anything. I sense that there is a bit more in him that we will come to learn soon.

Unless book 6 completely staggers me, I am thinking this is going to be a 3 star job for me, The moments of brilliance have not done enough to lift it to 4 stars because the majority of time the story has been too slow.

Okay, so far the last part of the book is going really good. This section and the last one are making up for what I thought was a slow start. Epic battles here. Sazed, you the man. And Vin, wow. Ripped through this section, on to finish the book.
