Although this is directed at Effie what do people think of the fun, vivid capitol fashion?

I love it! Throughout the series it's fun to imagine the flamboyant costumes! And in the movie it's one of my favorite things about it. It's one thing to imagine something in your head and another to see them in real life.

Im thinking of either being Rue or Effie but hmmm you should be (im gonna hate myself for saying this but) Clove cuz you love her so you should be her

yeah either clove or prim. Probably Prim though because I look like her more.

Their fashion is a little bit too flashy for me. I would never wear what they do, but the makeup artists for the movie did a great job portraying this aspect of the capitol. The purple eyelashes? Those were especially impressive. Wouldn't it be so amazing to be a hairstylist or makeup artist for the Hunger Games movie?
