Canada is a page turner, really good read. I just wonder what is everybody's take on how Dell connected the robbery to the murder? In all the events, Dell seems to be mostly a passive observer; he just sort of rolls along to whatever happens to him. That seems to be a more workable personalty, compare to her sister, to save himself from all these awful events. So it seems to me the murder could have been any other events, which won't affect the outcome for Dell. Why the author introduces Arthur and the murder to the story? What is your take?
