"You seem to be hating this quest as much as I do.. right?" The train stopped.

"Same." He murmered. He picked up the book and stepped of the train.
He stopped in his tracks and looked down. He pointed to the floor. "Here's 3. Maybe we should go to the center." He started walking, not making eye contact.
The gold arc and the hand. The shadow fell on number 12. Jev raised his head. The shadow extended pointing to a spot. Bingo.
A stone, but it has words on it. Before he could look at it, the ground shook vigorously. He cursed.
"Someone must be guarding this place. Let's get out of here." He grabbed her arma nd made a break for it.
He hurried up the train and panted. "That was close."
He straightened his posture. "Luckily I know were we should go next."
"It's a waterfall. Says where the light touches the ocean opens doors."
"If you say so." He closed the door and the train moved.
He slipped in a seat, giving distance form both of them as much as posible. He was done trying to make a conversation.
He opened his mouth and a word came out, but he closed his mouth and looked at the ground.
He sighed. "Nah. Just trying to make a conversation."
"Did you actually want to do this quest?"
"When he said, 'After this I will grant your most esires,' I agreed."
"Well my 'most desires' isn't really my desires. i'm doing it for someone else actually."
"A little girl. She's 3 and she's blind."
He smirked. "I'm rude, not cold. Well...sometimes."
He nodded and held out his hand. "Truce?"
He nodded and took his hand away. The train stopped. he sighed. "Here we go."
He got off and there was a big forest. He facepalmed.
"I think we need to find it. And it's going to be kinda hard. It's best if we stick together since we don't know what creatures are in here."
He walked in the forest. It was large and moist, and echoes were everywhere. Jev grew uncomfortable.
"Well I never really been in a forest before. Especially a forest were I don't know what animals live here."
He nodded and walked. It was taking forever and he sighed hopelessly.
He looked at her in shock. "Your..smiling."
He nodded. "Anyway..do you want to take a break? or should we keep looking."
He nodded. "Maybe we should listen for the waterfall first."
He listened silently, then heard the sound of rushing water. He sprinted towards the direction excitedly. "This way!"
He slowed down and covered his ears. The rushing water was loud an dhe looked around for any glint from the dagger.
He gritted his teeth angrily. Not here. He said the riddle in his mind over again. Then the idea hit him. He turned to Saphire. "Are you wearing an earing. A crystal one?"
"Explain later. I just need one." He pleaded.
He nodded and held it towards the sun, in between the waterfall. A small rainbow touched a spot and the ground shook. He smiled and handed her the earring. "Here ya go."
A stone rose in the spot the rainbow ended. And the dagger was right on top of it. He smiled brightly. "Let's get it." He said, not thinking what could happen if he touched it.
He reached out and grasped the sword. He looked around. "See? Nothing." Then his expression changed. He dropped the dagger and clutched his hand.
He cursed and looked at his palm. His eyes widened, then looked at her. "Yeah... sure.."
He didn't answer, but held on to his hand. "Forget about it. Grab the dagger and let's go."
There was hole in his hand. Around the hole was burned skin. He snatched his hand away and winced slightly. "Grab it and let's go. It's not booby trapped anymore."
He lingered in his spot for a while then headed towards the train silently. He stuffed his injured hand in his pocket, hoping it won't distract him.((gtg))
((:P))He stayed silent and walked past her in the train.
((on))He sat in a seat and lowered his head, so he could see his hand.
He looked up and forced a grim expression. "Why does it matter if I'm okay anyway?"
He sighed, then realized something. He crossed his arms, the corner of his mouth twitched. "You care about me, don't you?" he teased.
His eyes widened in surprise. He rubbed the back of his head nervously. "W-well. Yeah I guess."
He smiled sheepishly and stood. "Well I'm going to see if I could wrap up this thing." He lifted up his injured hand.
